Leasing Information

Lease terms are all three months up front, then go month to month. We do not offer lease terms of less than three months. Other than rent, the only other thing you pay is a one time admin fee of $30 (it's only $25 for a parking spot). There are no deposits required. Payment for the rest of the current month, the following month, and the admin fee are required up front.

Prices are listed on the pages linked at the top, for each location. Note that if you pay with a credit or debit card, then you will pay a slightly higher cost to cover the fees associated with that. The fee is less for ACH payments, and that is an option. If you with to pay with check or money order to avoid the card fees, then you can mail that to the PO Box below, or put it in one of the dropboxes in Stevens Point or Janesville.

We do let you use one of our approved locks, that is secure according to the Tenant Protection Plan provider we use for insuring tenant belongings. When you're done with the unit, just leave our lock on the door, and let us know you've finished with it.

Security

We do our best to keep your things safe. We have security cameras at all locations, as well as posted signs announcing their presence. We did our best to get an optimal system in place, and to make it as conspicuous as possible in order to deter criminal activity.
